Description: Sergeant Repass and Police Chief Slayton were responding to a minor disturbance call. Upon exiting their vehicle, Sergeant Repass was suddenly shot and killed. Chief Slayton was also shot but managed to kill the assailant. Chief Slayton survived the incident.
