Description: Chief Rigney was making his night rounds when he recognized a suspect who was wanted for murder. Chief Rigney attempted to question the suspect and place him under arrest. Chief Rigney and the suspect became engaged in a gun fight. Chief Rigney died at the scene. The suspect was also killed.
