Description: Patrolman Rosenberg and his partner Private Eugene Danielwicz, were responding to a shots fired call when their cruiser collided with a bus that failed to yield the right of way. Patrolman Rosenberg, who suffered a skull fracture and broken back, never regained consciousness and died at the hospital the next day. Private Danielwicz recovered.
