Description: Chief Rosalez was called to the scene of a disturbance where a man was refusing to get out of Chief Rosalez's father's truck. Chief Rosalez asked the suspect to get down. As the subject was getting down, he opened fire on Chief Rosalez and killed him. Chief Rosalez mortally wounded the suspect in the gun fight.
