Description: Deputy Runions went to a farm with a warrant to search the premises for storm windows and lumber that were reported as stolen. The farmer fired, striking Deputy Runions in the head. Deputy Runions was taken to the hospital where he died the following day. The farmer was arrested and charged with first degree murder.
