Description: Warden Rheinbold was shot by one of two suspects who were illegally shooting songbirds. Warden Rheinbold was transported to the hospital where he died of his injuries four days later. The suspect fled the country to his native Italy. President Woodrow Wilson sought extradition of the suspect but he was not located by Italian officials.
