Description: Patrolman Ronan suffered a heart attack while on duty at the 103 Precinct. Patrolman Ronan was guarding two prisoners who were awaiting transfer to lock-up. One of the prisoners charged at Patrolman Ronan and attempted to escape. While restraining the prisoner, Patrolman Ronan had a fatal heart attack.
