Description: Other accidental (fall, fire, drowning, explosion, poisoned, train, etc.). Chief Rowland tasted a jar of confiscated liquor which unaware to him contained poison. He died 20 minutes later. Officials believe that the jar once contained liquor but was replaced with a jar of poison, knowing it would be tested.
