Description: Trooper Rosado was killed in an automobile accident on Route 104 in East Quogue. While on patrol, Trooper Rosado lost control of his patrol vehicle when it skidded on a patch of black ice. Trooper Rosado's vehicle crossed the median and was struck by an oncoming vehicle. Trooper Rosado was killed instantly.
