Description: A struggle ensued when Deputy Rodgers attempted to arrest a person wanted in a double homicide investigation. The suspect drew a gun on the deputy and brought him back out to the officer's patrol car where he shot Deputy Rodgers in the head. Deputy Rodgers died seven hours later.
