Description: Officer Rogers responded to reports of shots fired at an accident scene. When Officer Rogers arrived and exited his patrol car, the suspect fired, mortally wounding him. Special Agent Winfield Wooten was also killed in this incident. Tulsa Police officers returned fire and killed the suspect.
