Description: Agent Rodr??®guez-Maldonado was killed in a single-vehicle crash while responding to a call. Agent Rodr??®guez-Maldonado and his partner were responding to a disturbance call at a gas station involving an unruly mental patient when their patrol vehicle left the roadway and struck a highway divider. Agent Rodr??®guez-Maldonado was the passenger in the vehicle and was killed instantly. His partner suffered severe leg injuries in the crash but survived.
