Description: Police Officer Robb was shot as he attempted to assist Officer McCormick arrest a drunken spectator at a circus. The brother of the suspect stepped forward and shot Officer Robb twice in the chest. Officer Robb died at the scene. The shooter was convicted of second degree murder.
