Description: Aviation Supervisor Rodriguez was on special patrol to remove all aircraft from approaching Hurricane Georges. A collision occurred between Aviation Supervisor Rodriguez and another Customs aircraft on the same mission. The disabled aircraft was unable to complete an emergency landing and crashed at sea near Mona Island, Puerto Rico. Aviation Supervisor Rodriguez was unable to escape the wreckage and drowned.
