Description: Officer Resch suffered a fatal heart attack after struggling with a suspect at the scene of a domestic disturbance. Officer Resch and another officer struggled with the suspect and placed him under arrest. While escorting the suspect to the police unit, Officer Resch collapsed in the hallway. Although CPR was administered immediately, Officer Resch was pronounced dead upon arrival at a local hospital.
