Description: Police Officer Reyes suffered a fatal heart attack after participating in the Annual Orange County Traffic Officers Association Motor Rodeo at Huntington State Beach in California. Officer Reyes was on-duty and riding his police motorcycle at the time he experienced his cardiac episode. Officer Reyes complained of chest pain and indigestion prior to the Top Gun competition; however, he still participated in the event. Officer Reyes returned home after the competition and texted a fellow officer to take him to the hospital. The officer arrived and found Officer Reyes face down on the floor and CPR was rendered. Officer Reyes was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
