Description: Chief Deputy Sheriff Richardson was killed in a multiple vehicle crash while transporting a homeless man to a shelter. The homeless man reached over and grabbed the steering wheel while Deputy Richardson was driving, causing the vehicle to veer into oncoming traffic.
