Description: Officer Rogerson was struck and injured critically while inspecting a taxi cab. Officer Rogerson was an inspector assigned to inspect taxi cabs as well as other vehicles. Officer Rogerson was routinely inspecting a cab when it suddenly went out of control, severely injuring him. Officer Rogerson was transported to the hospital with head injuries. Officer Rogerson lapsed into a coma, and did not regain consciousness.
