Description: Deputy Sheriff Rush suffered a heart attack as he attempted to subdue an impaired suspect who was causing a disturbance at a cafe. The suspect resisted arrest and struggled with the deputy. Deputy Rush died at the scene. The suspect was arrested and charged with manslaughter.
