Description: Deputy Rogers was found unresponsive in the Clay County Law Enforcement Training Center. As part of the department's fitness and awareness plan, Deputy Rogers exercised in the department's gym daily before or after his regular shift. When he failed to return home that evening, department personnel were notified to search the facility. Deputy Rogers was found in the gym dead from a heart attack.
