Description: Officer Russell suffered a fatal heart attack during the department's tactical team physical training exercise. After the training was complete, Officer Russell collapsed at the department's training facility in Tucson, Arizona. Fellow officers administered CPR until he was transported to Kino Community Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
