Description: Trooper Radulescu was fatally shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop. As Trooper Radulescu approached the passenger's side window of the vehicle, the driver opened fire. Trooper Radulescu was transported to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead. The suspect fled the scene and committed suicide.
