Description: Private Robuck and Sergeant Baker were ambushed by the brother of a man they had recently confronted for cattle rustling. Private Robuck died at the scene. Four months previously the officers attempted to arrest a suspect who was re-branding a stolen calf. The man shot at Sergeant Baker who returned fire killing the suspect. The brother of the man, who was killed by Sergeant Baker, along with five accomplices, were arrested for Private Robuck's murder.
