Description: Patrolman Rusinak and Deputy Chief Robert Shanley were fatally shot when they responded to a domestic disturbance call involving the custody of a child. The suspect also killed his father-in law and a neighbor. Two officers were also wounded. The suspect was convicted of murder and executed via the electric chair.
