Description: Officer Rowan had just completed working a traffic accident where a young woman was critically injured. Officer Rowan stayed with the victim until emergency medical services arrived. After assisting the medical personnel load the victim into the ambulance, Chief Rowan suffered a fatal heart attack. He was transported to the local hospital where he died one hour later.
