Description: Deputy Sheriff Rorison was shot during a raid on a moonshine still. Deputy Rorison had received information about an illegal still operation and had passed the information along to Federal authorities. Deputy Rorison and two prohibition agents secured several warrants and went to the location of the still where they were met by gunfire. Deputy Rorison died at the scene. One agent was wounded. The suspect was also killed in the shootout.
