Description: Agent Nieves-Ramos was shot and killed while conducting a narcotics operation in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. As Agent Nieves-Ramos and fellow agents approached the suspected drug area, the agents observed a suspect with a gun. Before the agents were able to take action, the suspect opened fire, killing Agent Nieves-Ramos. The suspect fled the scene but was later apprehended.
