Description: Constable Rigby was traveling in his department vehicle, responding to a dispatch call, when an oncoming vehicle crossed the median and struck his patrol car head-on. Constable Rigby was rushed to the hospital with massive injuries to the upper chest. Constable Rigby died the next day.
