Description: Watchman Reynolds was making his scheduled rounds in the main Treasury building in Washington, DC when he fell down an open freight elevator shaft. The second floor hallway was dimly lit and he did not realize that the shaft was open. Watchman Reynolds died at the scene of multiple fractures and shock.
