Description: Detective Seltzer and his partner walked into a movie theatre in the middle of a stake-out. Mistaken for the burglars, Detective Seltzer and his partner were both shot. Detective Seltzer was taken to the hospital where he died from the shot that left a bullet lodged in his spine.
