Description: Shot. Burglary in progress. Patrolman Schultz and Knudel were investigating a burglary in progress. Suspect tried to escape out the back door, but Patrolman Schultz trapped him. Suspect pulled out handgun and shot officer in the head. Patrolman Knudel was wounded in the shoulder, but captured suspect.
