Description: Chief Investigator Suarez was accidentally shot and killed by another officer who was cleaning his service weapon. The other officer had just completed cleaning his weapon and had reloaded it when it accidentally discharged. Chief Suarez was hit fatally in the chest and pronounced dead at the scene. Friendly Fire.
