Description: Trooper Stocks was killed in an auto accident while responding to a motor vehicle collision. Trooper Stocks entered a sharp left-hand curve just after a rain storm, lost control of his patrol car and collided with a garbage truck. Trooper Stocks was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
