Description: Trooper Skeeters died in an automobile crash when his patrol car was struck from behind by a tractor-trailer. The patrol car then collided with a DOT paint supply truck. Trooper Skeeters was escorting the paint supply truck which was placing lines on the road when the crash occurred.
