Description: Officer Scott was killed in a motorcycle accident while en route to investigate a fatal DUI accident. While en route, a vehicle pulled directly into his path. Officer Scott's motorcycle struck the passenger door of the vehicle and was thrown over the vehicle. The spot where Officer Scott was killed was the exact same spot where Officer Patrick Briggs was killed in another motorcycle accident on June 20, 1990.
