Description: Patrolman Sizemore sustained multiple injuries in an automobile crash when his patrol car collided with a fire truck as they responded to a trash fire with emergency lights and sirens activated. Patrolman Sizemore was transported to the hospital where he died. Three firefighters and two civilians were also injured but survived. Inadvertent action.
