Description: Officer Schultz was killed in a single-car automobile accident while en route to an emergency call involving a stolen car. The suspect driving the stolen car turned off his headlights and exited down a one-way entrance ramp. Officer Schultz entered the same entrance about the same time and swerved to avoid colliding with the suspect. Officer Schultz's patrol vehicle then struck a utility pole, flipped over, and struck a house.
