Description: Park Ranger Secor was riding in the back seat of a state vehicle en route to the Eastern Region Headquarters. A driver lost control of his tractor-trailer on the wet road and sideswiped the State Ranger's vehicle which crashed and burst into flames. Ranger Secor was trapped in the burning vehicle and died at the scene. Ranger Secor was the Chief Ranger and manager of the Lincoln Rock State Park.
