Description: Trooper Stark and Trooper Gary Rampy were shot during a routine traffic stop. The troopers were questioning the suspect when he attacked and shot both troopers. Trooper Stark died at the scene. Trooper Rampy was pronounced dead at the hospital. The suspect was killed by responding officers after a high-speed chase.
