Description: Deputy Sheriff Scott was on patrol at the train depot when he was approached by a suspect and attacked without cause or provocation. The suspect gained control of Deputy ScottŸ??s weapon and fatally shot him with his own gun. The suspect fled the scene but returned to the scene of the crime and was arrested.
