Description: Sergeant Stegemann responded to a domestic disturbance call at a local residence. Sergeant Stegemann talked to the parties involved and settled the argument. Several hours later, Sergeant Stegemann returned to the residence, taking Detectives Dulle and Riley with him. While questioning the male suspect on the second floor of the residence, the suspect, for unknown reasons, shot and killed Sergeant Stegemann. Detective Dulle returned fire and killed the suspect.
