Description: Deputy Sease and his partner Deputy Fink responded to a stolen car call on Interstate 95. The suspect had an argument with his ex-wife at a local night club and fled in her vehicle. Deputy Sease and Deputy Fink were attempting to deploy spike sticks to stop the fleeing suspect's vehicle when the suspect struck Deputy Sease, killing him instantly.
