Description: Technical Sergeant Simons was killed after being struck by a vehicle while directing traffic at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. Sergeant Simons was struck by suspect's vehicle which was traveling approximately 45 mph. He was taken to a local hospital where he remained unconscious until his death two days later.
