Description: Corporal Shea was killed when his cruiser was struck head-on by a vehicle being operated by an intoxicated driver. Corporal Shea was on patrol on State Route 1 when his vehicle was struck by the driver fleeing the scene of an accident he was just involved in. Corporal Shea was transported to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
