Description: Supervisor Starry was en route to Pensacola to appear as a witness before a federal grand jury when an automobile collided with the vehicle he was a passenger in, killing him instantly. A car pulled out of a side road onto Highway 90 into the path of the Agents' car. The Florida Highway Patrol asked for a warrant charging the driver with manslaughter.
