Description: Officer Scott and his partner Officer Baez-Santiago were killed in an automobile accident while pursuing two robbery suspects. Officer Scott was driving and in pursuit of the suspects on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway when he swerved to avoid hitting another vehicle. The patrol car then collided with an oncoming vehicle near Peach Mill Road and burst into flames, trapping both officers inside.
