Description: Corporal Slaton was killed in a vehicle crash when his patrol car struck a cow and then veered into the path of an oncoming tractor-trailer. Corporal Slaton received fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Responding officers located three additional cows wandering loose on the road.
