Description: Officer Earl Skinner died in a motorcycle accident while responding to a burglar alarm. Officer Skinner was on a motorcycle with his partner in the sidecar when his motorcycle struck a curb while trying to avoid an accident. Officer Skinner was thrown from the motorcycle and received a fatal blow to the chest. His partner was only bruised in the accident.
