Description: Corporal Sutphin was shot and killed while participating in a massive manhunt for an escaped prisoner. The prisoner was taken to a hospital for a leg injury but he overpowered a deputy, stole his service weapon and escaped. Corporal Sutphin was shot as he encountered the suspect.
