Description: Constable Smith collapsed and died of a heart attack after struggling with two suspects he had arrested and placed them in the county jail. Constable Smith was about to drive away in his patrol car when he slumped over the steering wheel and died moments later. Both suspects were charged with resisting arrest and manslaughter.
